I have more than 30 years of experience working with, training, and advocating for individuals. I am currently licensed in the State of North Carolina as a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I am also a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Virginia and a Licensed  Independent Clinical Social Worker in the State of South Carolina.

I also work with individuals who have experienced and/or are currently experiencing anger management issues, relationship issues, domestic violence, grief and loss, sexual abuse, etc.

I offer TeleTherapy sessions, when appropriate, with clients via a secure online TeleTherapy Service.

I offer an empathic and compassionate yet assertive and engaging therapeutic approach to addressing your therapeutic needs.

I also provide consultation and training services as well as LCSW Supervision.

As a Mental Health Speaker, I provide engaging keynotes and workshops for churches, community groups, first responders, schools, and corporate workplaces, focusing on reducing stigma, managing stress, and improving wellness.
